How do I collect my order?
How do I pickup my Order?
Collection is at ZEPP KL, located in The Labs @ Bukit Bintang City Centre, Jalan Hang Tuah Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Collection would be done on the 8 and 9th of August 2026 from 1 pm to 7 pm.
To ensure a secure and efficient pickup process, please adhere to the following:
Verification: You must present the unique QR Code from your Order Confirmation email at the time of collection.
Third-Party Pickup: If you share a screenshot of your QR code with another person or courier, it is deemed implied consent for them to collect the order on your behalf.
Final Inspection: We kindly ask that you check all items thoroughly at the point of collection. Ensure that your order is complete and in good condition before leaving the counter.
No Exchange Policy: Once you have left the collection counter, we are unable to entertain any requests for exchanges or returns. All handovers are considered final after verification.
Finality of Collection: Once your QR code has been scanned by our staff, the order is marked and considered as "Completed" and "Collected by the shopper"
Liability: We are not responsible for orders once the QR code is scanned. We will not offer refunds or replacements for lost or disputed items if your code was used by a third party.
